So What’s New?
Well we’ll tell ya! We’ve made a few changes. One of the biggest changes is now we have one box. Before we had two box types, one that would send you a clothing item per month and one box that would send you three clothing items per month. We kept getting feedback that three items was just too much after three month and one item wasn’t enough, so we got rid of both boxes and came up with ONE box called “My Thrift Box”. Another big change was we scrapped the old questionnaire and compiled a completely different one which is more robust and fun to take. And finally the third biggest change we made was that we branched out to our own email - support @acuratedthrift.com. Introducing Our New Box - My Thrift Box
So we finally found the Goldilocks of boxes - My Thrift Box. The thrift clothing box is shipping every month to your doorstep for $44.95. This price includes free shipping! Two clothing items are sent to you at the beginning of every month, along with a free return shipping label. You have three days from the time you receive the package to contact us if you need to return and or exchange your items. If you want to exchange or return just let us know. You can use the free return shipping label inside every box (US only) to return your items if they don’t fit or match your style. We’ve updated the new return policy on our site.
We Have New Style Questions!
Over the past few months we’ve received more and more feedback about updating our questionnaire/survey we require all customers to take before signing up for our box. This survey/questionnaire is taken during the checkout process when you click the ‘subscribe’ button on our website. Before, we left the questionnaire pretty open-ended, short and simple, with the idea that this box would be something quirky and fun to enjoy. However, we noticed that it’s not so quirky and fun if the items don’t fit your body or style. So we made sure to come up with a questionnaire that was both fun, simple but more hardy. One that would be perfect in analyzing a person’s style and fit preference. Most box questions/surveys are boring and repetitive, but we include a couple of visual elements that make it fun and less time consuming.
Visually Appealing Style Questions
We wanted to make sure we get your style down pat by your first box. So we included a more visually appealing style question in our survey during checkout. This includes a question about your everyday look as well as a question about celebrity style. Everyone has a different look, so we want to make it easy for you to define that look through our online questionnaire.

We also have a new support email. We pride ourselves in customer service. We make sure to respond to every email within two-three hours of receiving it (during work hours of course). You’ll not only hear from us right away but we can answer any question you might have about your subscription.
